Newmont Mining Corporation is the world's largest gold producer, with significant assets and operations on five continents.

Since Newmont's operations were so diverse, its IT Division was charged with consolidating all of its Critical Performance Indicators (CPIs) so that "apples could more easily be compared with apples." The Newmont IT Division asked Phil von Hake to help prepare a Powerpoint presentation that would show its global corporate audience how this would be done.

Working with a Project Manager, Phil helped to create a presentation that was accepted positively by Newmont's entire global audience. This presentation is still available for download on the company's global intranet.
